We collect the information you provide when you request a quote, create an account, send a message or book a shipment. This can include your name, email address, phone number, collection and delivery addresses and details of the goods being shipped.
Information is used to prepare quotes, arrange and track shipments, prepare shipping and customs documentation, issue invoices, and respond to support requests.
Shipment records include origin, destination, current location, status history, weight and a description of the goods. Shipment records are visible to the customer who owns the shipment and to authorised staff. Anyone holding a tracking number can view that shipment's status and movement history, so treat tracking numbers as confidential.
Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes and are never visible to staff or stored in plain text.

Access to customer data is restricted by role. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access rules are enforced at the database level so customers can only read their own records.
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and database services, and we share shipment information with carriers, agents and customs authorities where this is necessary to complete a shipment.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Some information may be retained where it is required for customs, tax or legal record-keeping.
